Each NDA Price History is an extensive compilation of Auction Prices Realized, with a smattering of private sales and individual collection names (including current owners (where known). Each NDA Price History comes in the form of an Excel spreadsheet with the following fields: PCGS number, PCGS variety number (if applicable), Collection Name, Seller, Sale Date, Lot #, Grading Service, Grade, Certification number (where known), Sale Price, and Lot URL address). Exclusive features include many pre-1994 Auction Prices Realized, attribution corrections, identification of CAC-approved, Old Generation, and “Rattler” holders, and a matching feature that identifies multiple appearances of the same coin. Users may sort any of the fields in the report.
Example: Send me a report on all 1848 Half Eagles.
NDA Coin Reports include extensive information about a particular coin, including the PCGS number, PCGS variety number (if applicable), a description, most recent certification and grade, photo credit and image URL, and provenance. Exclusive features may include variety identification, rarity information, most recent Certification number, and historical grades (important when coins are upgraded or downgraded).
Example: Send me a report and history on my 1848 Half Eagle in PCGS MS64+.
NDA Census Listings combine Coin Reports for the highest graded examples of a particular coin (for example 1934-S Peace Dollar) or coin type (for example, Barber Half Dollar). Census Listings are customizable based (for example, the Census Listing could include only the Finest Known, the top three Finest Known coins, the top ten Finest Known coins, and so on).
Example: Send me a report on the Condition Census for the best 1848 Half Eagles.
This custom, added-value service is available only at NDA. Before each auction, NDA searches for high-value and top-condition coins and provides a pre-sale summary to show the prior history of each coin (where known) and the provenance for each piece. The report shows often adds (where known) provenances that have been omitted, indicates prior grades, and gives a price history for each coin. Usually, this report will contain 50-100 individual coins – the ones that matter most. Individual Coin Reports are available on request (see above).
NDA is available for provenance research, private consultation, and custom research projects of all types. The initial consultation is free and an initial cost estimate is provided. Once approval is received, NDA works in one-hour blocks. Some projects require multiple hours. In such cases, your approval is requested before each new hour begins. In other words, you control the scope of the project based on your needs and budget.
NDA can represent you in private negotiations to buy and sell coins. No fees are charged unless an actual transaction takes place.
The data provided by NDA is for information purposes only. NDA attempts to provide information that is as up-to-date, as complete, and as accurate as possible. However, inaccuracies, omissions, and errors may occur. NDA is not aware of every coin transaction, nor is it aware of every condition-rarity that exists. New coins appear on the market and grades and values on currently-known coins can (and do) change. Therefore, no warranties of any kind are given by NDA about the accuracy and utility of the information they provide. Before engaging in any transaction, the user of NDA information should perform their own due diligence and verify the information to their own satisfaction.
